- resolves #8973 

Adding smooth scrolling and solving some weird interaction on carousal

### Changes

- Update `CarouselPrevious`, `CarouselPrevious` and add
`CarouselIndicator` in `carousel.tsx`
- Add `CarouselPrevious`, `CarouselPrevious` and `CarouselIndicator`
support in `FeaturedSection.tsx`
