Zamil Majdy 3771a0924c fix(backend): Update deprecated code caused by upgrades (#9758 )

This series of upgrades:

Caused some code in the repo being deprecated, this PR addresses those.

### Changes 🏗️

Fix pydantic config, usage of field, usage of proper prisma
`CreateInput` type, pytest loop-scope.
