- Resolves #11305

### Changes 🏗️

Make `AIListGeneratorBlock` more reliable:
- Leverage `AIStructuredResponseGenerator`'s robust
prompt/retry/validate logic
  - Use JSON format instead of Python list format
  - Add `force_json_output` toggle
- Fix output instructions in prompt (only string values allowed)
