- Add empty check after session_id sanitization
- Add assertion for defense-in-depth
- Add explicit '..' traversal check in cleanup
- Replace glob with os.listdir to avoid glob injection
- Add validation that project_dir stays under ~/.claude/projects
- Add warning logs for rejected paths

Addresses CodeQL alert about uncontrolled data in path expression
