Bentlybro ebdbd5cb0b feat(llm): add Claude Sonnet 4.6 model

Adds Claude Sonnet 4.6 (claude-sonnet-4-6) to the platform:
- Same pricing as Sonnet 4.5: $3/$15 per MTok
- 200K context (1M in beta)
- 64K max output
- Improved coding, computer use, and reasoning

Also updates Stagehand to use Sonnet 4.6 instead of 4.5.
