- add metadata handling & recall
- regen types

* chore: black

* fix(backend): make `StableDiffusionGeneratorPipeline._rescale_cfg()` staticmethod

This doesn't need access to class.

* feat(backend): add docstring for `_rescale_cfg()` method

* feat(ui): update cfg rescale mult translation string
