- `disabledParametersPanels` -> `disabledFeatures`
- handle disabling `faceRestore`, `upscaling`, `lightbox`, `modelManager` and OSS header links/buttons
- wait until models are loaded to hide loading screen
- also wait until schema is parsed if `nodes` is an enabled tab
