Ryan Dick a0fefcd43f Switch to using a custom scheduler implementation for SD3 rather than the diffusers FlowMatchEulerDiscreteScheduler. It is easier to work with and enables us to re-use the clip_timestep_schedule_fractional() utility from FLUX.
