psychedelicious e06ba40795 fix(ui): do not allow dpmpp_2s to be used ever

it doesn't work for the img2img pipelines, but the implemented conditional display could break the scheduler selection dropdown.

simple fix until diffusers merges the fix - never use this scheduler.

backend -- Non-user facing libraries, including the rendering
	core.
configs -- Configuration files used at install and run times
frontend -- User-facing scripts, including the CLI and the WebUI
version -- Current InvokeAI version string, stored
	in version/invokeai_version.py
