* feat: add agent manager to manage all agents;

* extract the host ssh port to prevent conflict.

* clean all containers with prefix is sandbox-

* merge from upstream/main

* Update frontend/src/state/settingsSlice.ts

* Update opendevin/sandbox/ssh_box.py
