* add deep learning guide

* seperate out oprimization, reference, and troubleshooting as standalone sections.

* resolve lint errors

* delete introduction to DL

* correct syntax highlights and filename

* remove out-of-date QAs

* Renaming and cleanup

* Spelling

* Fixup TOC
