* restructure ROCm project list table

* clean up unnecessary hyphenation

* update What is ROCm stack diagram filename

* reorder rocm project list to reflect diagram

* update "What is ROCm?" image metadata

* change 'project list' to 'components'

* change 'project' to 'component'
