[`mlir-reduce`](https://mlir.llvm.org/docs/Tools/mlir-reduce/) is a tool
to reduce the complexity of bug reproducers written in mlir. Similar to
`triton-opt`, `triton` needs to have its own version with the dialects
registered properly for it to work.
