- fix setup_venv.sh for benchmarks/imports etc.
- fix torch benchmarks in SharkBenchmarkRunner
- generate SD artifacts using build_tools/stable_diffusion_testing.py and --import_mlir
- decouple SD gen from tank/generate_sharktank for now
