README fixes - broken links and formatting #41

Some stuff seems to have broke in the README during the migration to new SO-101 README.

  • "Optional Hardware" section link was broken due to extra emoji and duplicate headers
  • use proper relative links instead of absolute links
  • fix capitalization errors

Test Plan:

  • Clicked on every changed link and made sure they still/now work
  • Read over README to make sure formatting is now consistent
