Add a new optional 3D printed adapter for mounting the so-arm base to standard 40×40 mm aluminum extrusion profiles.
Includes STL and STEP files + instruction README with pictures.

I also updated the add-ons section in the main README by renaming 3. Raised Leader Base to 3. Base Mounts and created a table to group the optional base mounts together.
