a0d38076e6 fix GenerateGnarkVerifierProof 
Both bits Fnc and IsOld0 were incorrectly set.
correct:
* Fnc=0 means inclusion / Fnc=1 means exclusion
* IsOld0=1 should be set when oldKey has zero-length
