094b8dfdf5 Remove aws-sdk 
We have now moved to using azure for our block storage. We no longer
need to have the aws-sdk and the related functionality on Atom.

483bdf86fe temporary enable release branch build 
add migration branch to list of triggers

revert pr trigger

set isReleaseBranch and isSignedZipBranch to true, this is temporary

fix lint

alter config files

set release branch to false

add @azure/storage-blob
