f153cbb41f Don't call Config::save when setting defaults 
Instead just emit an updated event, saving is not needed
because only the defaults are changing.

feff67457d 🚱 Include namespace when canceling subscription 
Emissary does not clear our namespace listeners when calling off
with only the event name and the handler.
