Kevin Sawicki	059671c454	🐎 Load packages by path ... Previously the package paths were converted to names and then re-resolved to paths. Now we just load the paths directly reducing the number of stat calls and saving ~50ms in PackageManager::loadPackages Also now internal packages are loaded by parsing the package.json file for packageDependencies instead of loading the metadata for all packages in node_modules and checking the engines field.	2013-10-29 13:31:42 -07:00
