Downgrade to atom-shell@v0.2.1
...
atom-shell@v0.3.0 removed the node binary which was needed for
scripts spawned by BufferedProcess such as nak. We can explore
other approaches to spawning node-based subprocesses if it's
a deal-breaker to ship with a node binary.
