WorkspaceCenter's observeTextEditors method calls
this.onDidAddTextEditor, but WorkspaceCenter didn't have an
onDidAddTextEditor method. This commit adds a test for
observeTextEditors and it adds the missing onDidAddTextEditor method to
make the test pass.
