* Exclude docopt.rb (not our code) from Rubocop

* Disable Style/RedundantReturn

* Disable Style/MutableConstant

* Disable Style/NumericLiterals

* Set Layout/IndentationStyle to spaces

* Temporarily disable various cops.

* Add Rubocop CI via Octocop

* Lint tree with rubocop -A -c .rubocop.yml

6abffd37db Add acpica package (#4047) 
* Add acpica package

acpica is a set of tools for working with ACPI power management on both
32-bit and 64-bit Intel systems. It includes the Intel iASL compiler.

Tested on ARM.
