* Rename IgnoredPatterns to AllowedPatterns.

* Exclude docopt.rb (not our code) from Rubocop

* Disable Style/RedundantReturn

* Disable Style/MutableConstant

* Disable Style/NumericLiterals

* Set Layout/IndentationStyle to spaces

* Temporarily disable various cops.

* Add Rubocop CI via Octocop

* Lint tree with rubocop -A -c .rubocop.yml
