* Rename IgnoredPatterns to AllowedPatterns.

* Exclude docopt.rb (not our code) from Rubocop

* Disable Style/RedundantReturn

* Disable Style/MutableConstant

* Set Layout/IndentationStyle to spaces

* Temporarily disable various cops.

* Add Rubocop CI via Octocop

* Lint tree with rubocop -A -c .rubocop.yml

fffbee6026 Add inetutils package 
This package adds GNU Inetutils 1.9.4, i.e. the standard telnet, ftp and related tools that are missing on ChromeOS. Website: https://www.gnu.org/software/inetutils/ . Tested and confirmed working on Samsung Series 3 ARM Chromebook.
