2a99db3b37 Remove libav and libfdkaac (licensing issues) (#3121) 
Use ffmpeg instead (conflicting files anyway)

Update alsa_lib and alsa_plugins with more features,
including ffmpeg and Python support

Removes entry for libfdkaac in tools/packages.yaml,
no references wanted in project
