This is a bugfix and maintenance release which includes several
security fixes found via fuzzing. All users should upgrade.
Tested as working on Samsung Chromebook Plus (ARMv8).

This is a general bugfix and maintenance release. Fixes of note include a 2% CPU
usage reduction and removing a memory leak.
Tested as working on XE500C13-K01US.
