youben11 5f16cfabbf fix(Runtime): link missing libraries

We currently use LD_PRELOAD with the python extension to make the JIT
execution find the appropriate symbols, however, not linking with some
libraries caused other tools such as make to complain of not finding
symbols from libpthread and others

Building the compiler

Generate the compiler build system, in the build directory

cmake -B build . -DLLVM_DIR=$LLVM_PROJECT/build/lib/cmake/llvm    -DMLIR_DIR=$LLVM_PROJECT/build/lib/cmake/mlir

Build the compiler

make -C build/ zamacompiler

Run the compiler

./build/src/zamacompiler
