Hsiao-Wei Wang f0ceefc36d Make test_libs/pyspec/tests pass ...

1. Use `typing_inspect` library to check if it's `typing.List[Any]`. Use it in `is_list_type`.
2. Add `__hash__`, `__eq__`, `__repr__` methods to some classes.
