Strictly depending on a specific vue version caused multiple versions to be installed when scaffolding a typescript extension.
This broke building the typescript extension.
Geojson has to be a regular dependency in order for the imported types to be available when installing shared.
Ideally, we should bundle type definitions to a single file.
