* restructured file-library outline

* completed 3 sections, added action btn to CSS

* finished upload file and replace file sections

* completed full documentation refactor. media and proofreading remain

* updated media, except rename and delete folder vids

* copy ready. Links tested

* last second tweaks to copy and media

* stated multiple files can be uploaded

* Rijk's suggestions added and one final pass on copy edits
