* Migrate filter tests

* Migrate aggregation tests

* Remove migrated tests

* Migrate offset tests

* Migrate depth tests

* Run testing for all vendors

* Fix count returned as bigint for pg and crdb

* Calculate snapshot value counts instead of hardcoding

* Delete remnants

* Revert testing for all vendors
