feat: add property support for remainder of BrowserWindow (#22771)

Adds property-based support for the remainder of primitive gette/setter pairs on `BrowserWindow`.

Namely:
- `win.simpleFullScreen`
- `win.title`
- `win.visibleOnAllWorkspaces`
- `win.documentEdited`
- `win.representedFilename`
- `win.shadow`
- `win.kiosk`
- `win.menuBarVisible`
