* fix: performance-no-automatic-move in GetLogFileName()

remove `const` from log_filename.

Warning fixed by this commit:

* fix: performance-no-automatic-move in GetBundleResourcePath()

remove `const` from request_relative_path.

Warning fixed by this commit:
