Subject: mas: avoid usage of private macOS APIs
Disable usage of the following private APIs in MAS builds:
* abort_report_np
* pthread_fchdir_np
* pthread_chdir_np
* SetApplicationIsDaemon
* _LSSetApplicationLaunchServicesServerConnectionStatus
* AreDeviceAndUserJoinedToDomain
* _CFIsObjC
* AudioDeviceDuck
