refactor: use GetDefaultStoragePartition()

Use GetDefaultStorageParition() instead of GetStoragePartition(nullptr)

- It improves code uniformity, since we use get-default everywhere else
- It's more readable
- It's marginally faster, since GetStoragePartition() has more steps
