All the other argument headers were h3 (`###`) but `--force-fieldtrials` was h2 (`##`) for some reason. I changed it to make it consistent with the others. Co-authored-by: Noelle Leigh <5957867+noelleleigh@users.noreply.github.com>

Please make sure that you use the documents that match your Electron version. The version number should be a part of the page URL.
