When you do a bulk import, it imports all the activities even if they are already imported. Maybe it can check against datetime and not import if its the same? you cant do 2 activities at the same exact time, i think its good enough.

Maybe the problem is mine (that i dont wanna put the effort of filtering by date by myself) as i run a script that copies all my activities from my garmin watch to the bulk folder.
