Summary

A way to manually create Segments, like in Strava, maybe with some kind of history/PRs for those (related to #86), and ideally shared among users.

Motivation

A good way to try to improve your performances, and a good social feature!

Proposed Solution

Create Segments from an uploaded track
View existing Segments from an uploaded track
View personal stats for those Segments, PRs, and friends' ones
Maybe some kind of administration, or votes, to prevent having multiple almost-similar Segments (not sure how this is handled on Strava)

Additional Context

Strava has done it pretty well, but most interesting features regarding segments are now pay-walled.
But following progression and compare your performance to others would be a great feature!
