Checklist

I have searched existing issues to make sure this bug hasn't already been reported.
I have checked the documentation at https://docs.endurain.com and didn't find a solution.

Description

I finally installed Endurain on my server yesterday. I followed the Getting started easy guide and found there were a few inconsistencies between the guide and the docker-compose.yml.example file.

docker-compose.yml.example has the local volumes in /opt/endurain/backend/ but the instructions indicate creating the folders in /opt/endurain/app
link to the .env.example file was broken

I updated the MD in a local branch and will submit a PR to help the next person who will be installing Endurain through this guide.
