[BUG]: BMI not rounded after entering new weight entry #91

Description

If you enter a new weight entry and than switch to the health dashboard than the BMI is not rounded. After reloading the site its rounded.

Steps to Reproduce

Version v0.10.1
Go to Health -> Weight
Add a new weight entry
Go to dashboard site and see that BMI is not rounded

Expected Behavior

The BMI should always be rounded.
