Refactored several Vue components to improve code readability and consistency, mainly by expanding multi-attribute HTML tags and aligning code style. Removed unnecessary <br /> tags before 'NoItemsFoundComponent' in health zones. Updated i18n JSON files for formatting consistency and added a missing key in the health dashboard US locale.
