57946f1552 Switched to a debian base image 
The alpine base image is using a musl glibc implementation, which is
causing the binary to be not very stable. See
https://github.com/godror/godror/issues/30 for details

0c8029c950 Added a Dockerfile to build the tool in a docker container 
Use an alpine base image. The image size is 40MB.
