feat(tools): add list_indexes, list_sequences tools for postgres (#1765)
## Description
Adds the following tools for Postgres:
(1) list_indexes: Lists available user indexes in a given database.
(2) list_sequences: Lists all the sequences in the database ordered by
sequence name.
