3cacc62196 Change some config and flag options 
Earlier the flags couldn't override with false values, that has been
changed. Also change how errors are handled while the config is been
read.

f7133df79e Refactor ui/app 
- As the Ui struct is never accessed out of package it felt very
  redundant to define it as a struct.
- As the Ui struct no longer exists the progress bar now starts with
  ImgX, ImgY as 0 hence adding it to the rectWatcher and drawing it
  after the Ui is drawn.
