Paul Bakaus dea9af8b4e sortable: implemented advanced placeholder functionality - the placeholder option can now accept a object with two callbacks "element" and "update", where element has to return a valid element (like helper option) and update is called after every update, so recalculating the offset and width/height should happen there.
