**Motivation**

Adds a bash script that allows one to launch up a local kurtosis testnet
based off of the changes made locally.

Might be useful to others -- if so, I can clean it up

**Description**

```
# start a testnet with local changes
./scripts/kurtosis/run.sh start 

# stop the testnet and cleanup
./scripts/kurtosis/run.sh stop
```

Website

This website is built using Docusaurus, a modern static website generator.

Installation

$ yarn

Local Development

$ yarn start

This command starts a local development server and opens up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server.

Build

$ yarn build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static content hosting service.
