fffe85e0bc Add initial Artifacts util script (#73)
- Add `artifacts.py` to `harness_utils` to support capturing of
(settings/config) artifacts during a test run.

2a3cd9ae60 DOTA 2 start/end time default values (#43)
Provide default values for start and end times to relax requirements of
needing to find these values for a test to pass.

- Add default/fallback values for test start/end times.
- Remove `sys.exit` if prompt for marking start/end times are not found

a4199118ec Update Returnal end time requirements (#32)
- Update Returnal script to not fail if end time prompt not found. The
script will still look for the results screen prompt to determine if a
run has completed successfully.
