49564070e6 Pass request query string to OAuth1 authenticate URL function. 
This allows the authenticate URL to vary based on information in the

2fd00e58ba Implements the "redirect" login flow, for cases such as using a mobile 
UIWebView which aren't able to use the preferred "popup" login flow.

I extracted code to construct a URL from the `http` package into a new
`url` utility package.  The new package has no public API, it simply
has the original URL construction functions that were in `http` and
makes them available to oauth.

Fixes the Meetup account login, as Meetup now requires using
"https://api.meetup.com/2/members" instead of
"https://secure.meetup.com/2/members".

The `?close` parameter for the redirect URI is now not needed or used.
For backwards compatibility the `?close` parameter is included if the
login service configuration doesn't include the `loginStyle` field
(indicating it was created using old code).

5853f2aefd Allow OAuth1 callback to specify query string parameters. 
They are then parsed and provided to underlying HTTP package. We have to
parse them so that signing of requests works properly. In addition,
nonce used in the request is stored in the response so that user can
verify JWT payloads returned from the server.

cb6113170f Generate a fresh secret at end of OAuth, and require that secret on login. 
Ensures that only the user who completed the OAuth flow can log in over DDP.

9fb63da3c7 Handle unexpected keys for pending OAuth credentials. 
Duplicate keys aren't expected, but in case something weird happens,
just override the previous information associated with that key. We
simply insert nothing for non-string keys (e.g. an OAuth flow with no
`state` parameter, which should never happen normally).
