Get JSDoc working again
...
- Upgrade to a newer (unreleased) version which supports
function k({} = {}) {}
and doesn't also crash
- Filter out boring warnings
- Don't use ES7 syntax that JSDoc doesn't support in one file that
has JSDoc in it
